Amateurs must have a handicap of 4 or less and must be verified by the USGA or another Golf Association. Documentation for the handicap must accompany the entry. AMATEUR ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITH POSTMARKS BEFORE SEPTEMBER 15, 2011 AND WILL BE ON A SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS.
